The vast part of our surrounding countryside is set aside to Agriculture and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty; we are within easy reach of the towns of Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth, Shaftesbury and the Beaches of the Jurassic Coast. We have a good school network, both public and private. Blandford is a wonderful part of Dorset with a diverse social demographic and with new housing developments planned over the coming years, will continue to grow in stature within the County.
